Obv: A cross within a cruciform frame adorned by pellets at each end. Tendrils arise on both sides. in the corners: 'Ιῆσοῦς Χριστὸς νηκᾷ. Within concentric borders of dots a circular inscription beginning with a cross at twelve o'clock: +Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ. Border of dots.
Rev: Inscription in five lines: +Κονσταντ(ίνῳ), πατρικ(ίῳ), β(ασιλικῷ) (πρωτο) σπαθ(αρίῳ) (καὶ) ἐπ(ὶ) τ(οῦ) Χ[ρ]υσοτρι[κ]λίν(ου). Border of dots.
