Obv: Bust of St. John Prodromos holding a long cross in his right hand. Sigla on either side: ὁ ἅ(γιος) Ἰω(άννης) ὁ Πρόδ(ρομος). Border of dots.
Rev: Inscription of four lines: +Κ(ύρι)ε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Λεοντ(ίῳ). Border of dots.
Translation: Lord, help your servant Leontios.
