Plaque in coated bronze. 12,3 x 8,8 x 0,8 cm
Beautiful plaque depicting Ecce Homo. The figure of Christ is presented standing leaning against a column. His hands are tied on his sternum, his torso emerges from a composition depicting three Cherubim heads.
The casting is probably of Nordic origins with reminiscences of similar subjects in the Italian Renaissance production. Dating: XVI century or early XVII century.
